Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Start by preheating your oven, ensuring it’s ready for your croissants once you assemble them.
Roll out the croissant dough.
Unroll your premade croissant dough and separate the pieces. If you’re using a large sheet of dough, cut it into equal-sized triangles.
Add ham and cheese.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each triangle of dough. You can also spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard for added flavor.
Roll them up.
Starting at the wider end of the triangle, roll up each croissant carefully, making sure the cheese and ham stay inside.
Brush with butter.
Place each croissant on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter to give them a golden, crispy texture.
Bake.
